This employee induction training is mainly focused on front-line employees. In this training, the company profile, rules and regulations, etiquette training, mentality training, workshop management and safety protection knowledge are explained in this training, so that the trainees have an overall view of the company. Impressions, mastering the necessary systems and knowledge and awareness of safety protection; especially the on-site exercises on the use of fire-fighting equipment, through on-site demonstrations and staff operations, everyone has mastered the method of using dry powder fire extinguishers. This exercise strengthened the employees' awareness of safety and fire prevention and mastered the methods of self-rescue when a fire broke out. The 80-minute workshop management training enables workshop employees to understand their job responsibilities in depth, and gradually begin to improve their work process.
Through this training, the original training goal was basically achieved, so that employees have a deep understanding of the company's profile, familiar with the basic work process, and understand and master the knowledge and skills necessary for the work. This training was affirmed by the staff. It is generally believed that courses such as "Employee Mindset Training", "Etiquette Training", "Safety Protection Knowledge" and other courses have in-depth explanations, flexible teaching methods, and easy acceptance, which are well received by the trainees. However, many shortcomings in teaching and organization and coordination were also found in the process of communicating with the workshop employees: follow-up should focus on strengthening the basic skills training of post operators. Combine the training work with the selection of talents, and combine with the improvement of post operation ability, so as to effectively improve the skill level of post operators.
